Miss Samra Naz has a Bachelor Degree (BBIT) with IT specialization from University of the Punjab. She joined BIPP as Assistant Manager IT. Her responsibilities include: Install, troubleshoot and upgrade the wireless network., Troubleshoot server problems, server security and software configuration, Troubleshoot print server and Internet, Resolve the potential hardware and software problems, Website Management, Social Media Management , Assist users and technical staff by providing technical support in resolving network related problems and Designing reports Layouts and Info-graphics.
