Engr. Dr. Javed Iqbal is a civil and environmental engineering consultant with four decades of executive leadership in urban infrastructure, water supply, and environmental governance. Having served as Director General of the Punjab Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and Managing Director of WASA Lahore, he holds a PhD from Hokkaido University. He specializes in environmental impact assessments, integrated water resources management, climate change vulnerability, and the technical execution of major municipal development projects.
